TUE – Denise Austin Abs and core makeover ( 15 mins )

WED – 3 min walk + 2 min jog ( 20 mins )

THUR- Denise Austin fat burn ( 20 mins )

FRI-Denise Austin Abs and core makeover ( 15 mins )

SAT-3 min walk + 2 min jog ( 20 mins )

SUN-Take a break 

Do not go on fad diets or try starving yourself.

Always stretch post workout 

Never exercise while malnutritioned.
